Aloha,

I'm Teddy, founder of Island PT. After more than a decade of clinical practice and advanced training across the country, my family and I have come home to Maui to serve the community we love.

Island PT was built on a simple idea: We need to give our clients the time they deserve. Physical therapy works best when its built for you. Every patient gets one-to-one care. No rushed appointments. No generic protocols. Just attentive, hands-on treatment designed around your body, your needs, and the life you want to get back to.

We are now accepting new patients for in-person care on Maui, and we continue to offer virtual consultations for clients who are off island.

Teddy is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist with more than ten years of practice across a wide range of patients.

From people quietly managing chronic back pain at home to Olympic athletes, professional surfers, world-champion windsurfers, paddlers, pickleball players, and CrossFitters at the highest levels of competition: The same approach holds true. Take the time to listen, find the root cause of the problem, and build an individualized plan that holds up in real life.

That philosophy is what shaped Island PT. After time away sharpening his skill set, Teddy has returned to Maui ready to bring that same standard of care home. The mission is simple: give the people of Maui the kindness they deserve and the outcomes they expect.

Evaluate & Relieve.

We start with a thorough evaluation followed by a focused treatment plan, typically eight visits, designed to address the root cause of your discomfort, not just the symptoms.
